My goal as a Physiotherapist and health professional is to help my clients to live their best lives. To inspire them to chase their dreams and be healthy and well.
So much of life is chaotic when it should be about balance.
Especially in this current climate, it is easy to feel overwhelmed, anxious and unsure about your health. I want to help my clients to maintain their physical health and mental health.
It is my goal to ensure that my clients feel they are listened to, encouraged and supported through their health and fitness journey which is why I don't "do" physio like a lot of other physio's.
I focus on what will support my clients through their journey and help them to set goals and find out the why behind them. Finding out the why helps us to hone in on your goals and to really work towards achieving them. I use home exercise programs, apps to keep my clients accountable and regularly check-in and encourage my clients to stay motivated!
