DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL TO SEE KATE?
No! You don't need a doctors referral to see Kate as a client.
WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
All private health insurance companies! If you see Kate at her clinic in Soul Movement Studios you can claim with your private health on-site at the time of your appointment and just pay the gap.
If you are seeing Kate via Telehealth then she will provide you with a receipt once your invoice is paid and you can upload this to receive your private health benefit with your nominated provider.
WHAT IS YOUR NEW CLIENT PROCEDURE?
The first step is to book a free phone consult with Kate which you can do here.
This quick chat allows Kate to determine what appointment type you will need to address your concerns or goals and ensures that Kate feels she is the right physiotherapist for your needs. If through your discussion Kate feels that you need further specialised care she will recommend you to other practitioners in her network.
If you prefer, you can email her to chat about which service will be right for you.
DOES KATE SEE EPC PLAN (GP MEDICARE) OR THIRD PARTY/WORKCOVER CLIENTS?
Unfortunately, no, at this time Kate is unable to take on third party clients. If you're seeking women's health related assessment and treatment but need to go via the third party claimaint route please still email Kate if you'd like her to recommend a provider from her network.
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN TO THE APPOINTMENT?
Unfortunately due to the current COVID-19 restrictions children are unable to appointments with you at this time.
Babies (<12 months old) may come to appointments if absolutely necessary but this is only by prior arrangement with Kate and provided that your child is healthy and well.
